Questions
What counts as a campaign generation?
One complete generation run for a property: listing description, social content, brochure copy and landing-page content in a single pass. Regenerating one section, such as an Instagram caption, uses a section regeneration rather than another complete campaign generation.
When do monthly credits reset?
On the 1st of each calendar month. If you sign up mid-month you get the full allocation immediately — we don't prorate credits.
What is a photo credit?
Each credit produces one result image — whether that's a staged room, a decluttered room, or a sky replacement. All three tools draw from the same monthly pool. Results typically take 15–30 seconds. Credits don't roll over between months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date — you keep the higher plan's credits until then.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier requires just an email address or Google login. A card is only needed when you choose a paid plan.
What currencies do you accept?
All accounts are billed in USD via Stripe. Your card issuer or bank will convert the charge to your local currency at their standard rate.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (effectively ~17% off). Toggle above to see annual prices.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Generations stop until your credits reset next month. You'll see a warning in the studio before you hit zero. Upgrade any time to increase your allocation immediately.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account, property records and previously created assets remain available in your workspace. New generations and paid publishing features are paused when the subscription ends. Files you have already downloaded remain yours, and your paid access can be restored by resubscribing.
