These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dappiehub, an AI-powered workflow platform provided at dappiehub.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Ensure personal data you input complies with applicable data protection law
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date
3. Subscription Plans
Dappiehub offers a free tier and paid tiers with additional features. Current plans are at dappiehub.com/pricing. Material plan changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
4. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, recurring monthly or annually via Stripe. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered case-by-case where you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our part materially prevented use and wasn't resolved in reasonable time. Request within 14 days at hello@dappiehub.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform to upload or generate unlawful, defamatory or infringing content; gain unauthorised access; disrupt the Platform; scrape or reverse-engineer to build a competing product; or generate content intended to deceive or impersonate.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our IP
Dappiehub retains all rights to the Platform itself — software, design, branding and underlying technology.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of everything you upload and all AI-generated outputs. You grant Dappiehub a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the Platform.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them. See our AI Transparency page.
10. Availability of Service
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Current status is at status.dappiehub.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Dappiehub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or as required by law. Data handling on termination follows our Data Processing Agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
Material changes are notified at least 14 days in advance.
14. Governing Law
England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
