1. Who We Are
Dappiehub acts as a data controller for visitors, newsletter subscribers and account holders, and as a data processor for content our Workspace customers input relating to their own clients and contacts. Where we act as a processor, our obligations are set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Newsletter and tools directory
If you subscribe to our newsletter or download a guide, we collect your email address via Beehiiv. We use affiliate links on some tool review pages — if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This doesn't cost you anything extra and doesn't affect our reviews.
2.2 Workspace and account data
- Name, email, business details on account registration
- Billing information (processed by Stripe — we don't store card details)
- Content, files and data you upload or create within your Workspace
- Any personal data in content you input, including contact or lead details
2.3 Automatically collected
- IP address, browser and device information
- Usage data via Google Analytics
- Authentication tokens and cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
2.4 From third parties
Google OAuth (if you sign in with Google): name, email and profile picture.
3. AI Processing
Dappiehub uses trusted third-party AI providers to generate outputs you request through the Platform.
- Only the information required to complete your specific request is sent to our AI provider.
- Your prompts, uploads and content are not used to train public AI models.
- AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed before publication.
- You remain responsible for anything you publish or act on.

4. Ownership of Content
- You retain full ownership of everything you upload to the Platform.
- You retain full ownership of AI-generated outputs from your use of the Platform.
- Dappiehub receives only a limited licence to process, store and display your content to deliver the services you request.
- Dappiehub claims no ownership over your business or customer data.

6. Sub-Processors
We share data with the sub-processors listed at dappiehub.com/trust/subprocessors, plus Beehiiv for newsletter delivery and Google Analytics for site analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
7. International Data Transfers
Where sub-processors are outside the UK/EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO, or the UK IDTA where applicable.
8. Data Retention
- Account and Workspace content deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Billing records retained 7 years (UK financial record-keeping)
- Newsletter data retained until you unsubscribe
9. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact hello@dappiehub.com — we respond within one calendar month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
10. Security
HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption at rest, Supabase Row Level Security, secure authentication, and access on a least-privilege basis. Full detail at our Security page.
11. Affiliate Links
Some pages on our AI tools directory contain affiliate links. If you click through and sign up or purchase, Dappiehub may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our editorial judgement on a tool.
12. Changes to This Policy
Material changes are notified at least 14 days in advance by email or in-platform notice.
